Although he is competitive by nature, veteran criminal defense attorney Martin Kohler never celebrates a win in the courtroom. “Whenever I try a case,” says Kohler, “I simply need to do my best, to give it everything I have. Marty Kohler is a nationally recognized criminal defense attorney with considerable expertise. For more than 30 years, he has defended thousands of people involved in complex legal cases such as homicides and white-collar crimes including one of the biggest embezzlement cases in 2009.

 

As a child, Kohler’s first inkling of his future career came from watching a movie on the silver screen. “I remember being a kid and watching the film Anatomy of a Murder with Jimmy Stewart. I figured if I wanted to be a lawyer, I’d be like him,” says Kohler.
