Did you know that the most powerful tool you have to change your life isn’t a curette?  It’s a fork. Yes, a fork. We have all heard the phrase, “you are what you eat” and the nutritional choices you make play a big role not only in how you feel but also the quality of your life. Despite all the technology we have now nutrition information has become more and more confusing.  Shirley Gutkowski, BSDH and America’s Dental Hygienist talks with Nutritional Biochemist Tara Palmer, MS about what we should eat and how what we eat affects our overall health.

Tara Palmer has a background in Biochemistry and a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition. She is a speaker and author from Eugene, Oregon and for over 25 years has been a pioneer in the field of applied clinical nutrition. She leads the patient back to health by finding the path their body took to arrive at its current condition.

Tara’s approach is holistic although it is based on scientific and clinically proven, reliable methods.  Her customized programs have resulted in improved health and sustainable outcomes for thousands of clients. Visit her online at NutritionalChemistry.net
