Man has gone from hunter gatherers to protein in a package. How did we get here and what can we do about it? CSA's are popping up everywhere, what are they and how can they help us eat better food, reduce our carbon foot print, be part of a community and gain an appreciation for where our food comes from.
Our guest Linda Dansbury has been a member of Anchor Run CSA since 2005 and for the last seven years she is part of the Core Group as the Recipe coordinator. She writes the content for both the farm website and weekly newsletter teaching members how to store, cook ad preserve the vegetables they receive each week. She also provides recipes and preparation tips that highlight each vegetable.
