Christ's Commands and Promises Regarding Spiritual Gifts

What does the Bible say about spiritual power through spiritual gifts?  Earnestly desire spiritual gifts, especially to prophesy.  Impart spiritual gifts by the laying on of hands. Expect Holy Spirit to rush to perform His Word.  Stir up spiritual gifts.  Do not be ignorant.  Believe for an impartation of power as you speak.  Minister them as good stewards.  Exercise them and see them grow as you use them. Do not neglect the gift that is in you. Wage a good warfare.  Despise not the gifts. Minister your gifts according to your measure of faith. Believe for angels to minister as you minister God's Truth
