BUSINESS CREDIT RADIO warmly welcomes Mr. Richard Macias, an attorney with the law firm of Criem Macias Koenig & Frey, LLP a firm that specializes in creditor rights. Mr. Macias represents trade manufacturers and financial institutions in litigation involving contract enforcement actions, anti-trust, bankruptcy, business transactions, bad faith claims, collections and dealer terminations. Mr. Macias is a graduate of Harvard Law School in 1975. Prior to entering private practice, he served three years as a criminal prosecutor in the office of the Los Angeles City Attorney and later was promoted to be the Special Counsel for the City Attorney. He was also the Associate Professor of Law at the Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he taught courses in litigation procedure, trial practice, and negotiation skills. He has written numerous articles on topics of interest for secured and unsecured creditors.
