LeVine an attorney in the NY/NJ metropolitan area extending over 4 decades and has been an important force in protecting the rights of individuals and businesses. He is currently the Chair, NJ State Bar Association Special Committee on Consumer Protection Law. Has has serviced the public in many capacities: as an elected official, public defender, zoning board member, town council member and municipal judge (Midland Park Borough 1988-1994). He is the lead attorney in his firm of three attorneys.  He is also involved in many charitable activities involving higher education and other causes; he is currently Board Attorney for the NJ Ski Council and is past president of McGill University Alumni Association of NY.
