Andrew Glover is a Lynchburg area businessman and dad of school aged children. He wanted straight answers as to why the Lynchburg City Schools was not allowing return to live classrooms. He used the FOIA as is his RIGHT to find out some information about this and is now being threatened with a lawsuit by Mary Jane Dolan, iron fisted Mayor of Lynchburg.
