Our guest Christina McGhee is an internationally acclaimed divorce coach and parent educator.  Her work is guided by her firm belief that "children should not just 'survive' divorce but also be provided with opportunities to thrive."

For over a decade, Christina has educated parents with a “child focused” approach through teaching court mandated parenting classes to divorcing parents in Texas; designed specialized programs for both parents and children internationally; and trained family lawyers, mental health counselors, and mediators internationally .

In addition to maintaining a private practice, Christina hosts an online resource for parents, www.divorceandchildren.com.  She is the author of Parenting Apart: How Separated and Divorced Parents Can Raise Happy and Secure Kids and has co-produced the award-winning children’s DVD and workbook program, “Lemons 2 Lemonade: How to Handle Life When Things Go Sour Between Mom and Dad.” On this episode, we'll be giving away a copy of Parenting Apart, as well as the DVD and workbook program.  Join us!
