The outbreak of corona-virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) may be stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about this disease, especially one such as this; one that is yet fully known by Scientist and experts. This time in society can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. How you respond to the outbreak and being qurantined can depend on your background, the things that make you different from other people, and the community you live in.

Quarantining yourself at home can play an important role in preventing the spread of the infectious diseases. But this doesn’t mean that coping with the disruption in your normal routine is easy. In addition to the uncertainty and stress of the global outbreak, spending time in quarantine can take a serious mental toll on you.
