2012 003, On Conservative Latino Talk Radio we discuss news, issues and events of interest to Latinos from the conservative perspective. 

Today, I discussed the fact that among human populations there are about 20-30% that will believe anything.  The fact is that salesmen and politicians know that and exploit that everyday by telling ever more clever lies and making the sales. 

I compare this year's 'End of World" scare of "Dec 21, 2012" to the end of the century scare of Dec 31, 1999.  The fact was that even eduacted people believed the mythos associated with the end of the century as do people today about the end of existence.  The important thing to realize is that these story tellers are alll selling something.  Don't buy it and don't believe it. 

Similar to that is the controversy about the attack on the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya and the subsequent coverup of the details.  It is clear to me the coverup was simply to provide the administration cover just before the election.  The Republicans; however, wish to use the details of that coverup for political gain. 

Now that the election has past there is no gain to be had and I prefer they simply focus on why the State Dept failed to adequately protect the diplomatic mission there.
