Scout Trout's Birthday Scrimmage Preview - Northland Pioneers

With a lot of last minute recruiting, we have now pretty much pieced together a DYNAMITE team for the JUCO level. We are extremely excited to crack heads our first scrimmage as we have been in very intense learning periods. Coach Cox has done a great job preparing the young men mentally for what is to come next. We both have the same vision for these young men and Coach is a master at getting players to the next level, FULLY PREPARED! I am honored to start my coaching career off in this fashion and under these circumstances because I believe I have grown exponetially as a man/coach. I am a believer in minimizing your mistakes until their are NONE left and then we start mastering our process. Coach has been teaching me a lot and I cannot wait to watch our young men get ready Saturday for our opening contest against Rochester.
