Richard and his team has invented a fully compostable coffee capsule with the world's best coffees. Made from paper pulp, once used it biodegrades in 90 days. “We believe it should be illegal to produce plastic coffee capsules and our mission is to wake people up to the fact that every minute 13,500 coffee capsules go into landfill yet HALO, a tiny startup have created a solution. We have created something that needs to exist and we are going to shout about it until everyone hears,” says Richard.

Halo Coffee was voted 2nd best UK business by Natwest employees and just came runner up at Clean Equity Monaco one of the most important sustainability conferences in the world.
