Brandi Rollins is a raw food speaker, instructor, and author of two books: Confessions of an East Coast Raw Vegan - A Guide to Eating Raw Foods on the East Coast and Raw Foods on a Budget - the Ultimate Program and Workbook to Eating Raw Foods on a Budget. Through workshops, talks, and online programs, Brandi has empowered individuals to live a budget-conscious raw food lifestyle and given them the tools to thrive on raw foods in cold climates. She has made it her mission to give people the tools to live an amazing, happy life.
Brandi’s most recent book, Raw Foods on a Budget, is the most comprehensive guide on eating a budget-loving, raw foods lifestyle. Designed by Brandi and her readers, Raw Foods on a Budget was created to provide raw food newcomers and long-term enthusiasts with REAL ANSWERS on how to afford a plant-based lifestyle. Taking a holistic approach, the book demonstrates that eating raw on a budget is more than just finding low-cost fruits and vegetables; instead, it encompasses how and where we buy food; how we store, prepare, and eat food; and our overall relationship with food and money. Brandi is also a doctoral student studying the development of food preferences and eating for pleasure in early childhood at Penn State University.
