Shaping Special Hearts - NEW Show!

Join our first episode! INCM Executive Director Michael Chanley joins host Vangie Rodenbeck to talk about special needs in the church. This new show is focused on helping church leaders and volunteers better understand and welcome families who have children with special needs into their church.  

Vangie Rodenbeck has worked full time in children's ministry for 12 years. She holds a B.S. degree in Christian Ministry and an M.A. in Contemporary Theology. Vangie is the mother of an autistic child and continually works to grow her expertise to help children with special needs.
