When youth leaders at Roca Inc., in Chelsea, Mass., decided to convene a local Community Learning Exchange to discuss strategies for reducing teen pregnancy, the adults in the community responded enthusiastically. The experience offers important lessons for other organizations that are considering how collective leadership might help address local concerns. Joining us for this episode is Victor Jose Santana, a Roca program director. He will explain how the local CLE on teen pregnancy came about and what it has done to re-energize and strengthen local efforts to address the issue.
