TENNESSEE MAGISTRATE FIRED AFTER WRONGFUL CHANGE OF AN INDIGENOUS BABY'S NAME!

Magistrate Wrongfully Orders Name Change of an Indigenous Baby Boy from  Messiah to Martin. This story was covered here on Civil Alert! 10 months ago and involved a Tennesee magistrate who ordered such a name change when the baby boy's parents were at odds on deciding upon the child's last name.  Instead of focussing on the surname, the magistrate decided to come up with a decision for them which included removal of Messiah. Magistate Lu Ann Ballew felt that "There is only one person who is able to have that name and that one person is Jesus Christ."  Well, in October 2013 a complaint was filed  as of April 2014 Magistrate Ballew has been fired  for judicial misconduct, cannon violations and religion biases.
