Today's guest is Mehmet Yuksek, CEO Perfetti Van Melle.  Most people know his products like Air Heads & Menots.  Mehmet will share his perspectives and insights on current HOT business issues in the area of Authentic Leadership.

Mehmet Yuksek began his professional career in Colgate Palmolive Turkey in 1993. He joined Perfetti Turkey as Head of Marketing in 1997. In 2001, he moved to Milan, Italy, to work as International Marketing Manager at the company’s headquarters, where he spearheaded numerous gum projects across the globe. He returned to Istanbul in 2006 to head the Sales and Marketing organization of Perfetti Van Melle Turkey. He led a team of two-hundred people, developing and overseeing many business initiatives that helped the home market grow aggressively in four years. At the beginning of 2011, he was named Executive VP of PVM USA in Erlanger, Kentucky, became General Manager in June 2012 and President & CEO in December 2012.  A Turkish national, Mehmet Yuksek holds a B.A. degree in Political Science & International Relations from Bogazici University in Istanbul.
