Did Jesus Receive a Tithe From His Followers...?

Often, the 7th chapter of Hebrews is used in "foundational" teachings to support the modern day "Tithe$, Tithing, the Tithe".

The author of Hebrews, inspired by the Holy Spirit, employed a deeply brilliant "strategy" to show that Christ was (is) infinitely superior to "all" forms of religion as it related (relates) to "the law".

Consider these “truths” clearly expounded upon in the letter to the Hebrews;

• Jesus is superior to the prophets (Hebrews 1:1-3).
• Jesus is superior to the angels (Hebrews 1:4-2:18).
• Jesus is superior to Moses (Hebrews 3:1-19).
• Jesus is superior to Joshua (Hebrews 4:1-13).
• Jesus is superior to Aaron (Hebrews 4:14-5:10).
• Jesus is the new and eternal high priest of a new and better priesthood and covenant (Hebrews 5:5-10; 6:1; 7:1-10:1-23).
