Willa Shalit and her company Fair Winds Trading along with "Macy's Shop for a Better World" is helping to rebuild Haiti through the "Trade, Not Aid" project, Heart of Haiti. Heart of Haiti a product line designed by Haitian artists providing economic stimulus and relief to their country. Heart of Haiti is using commerce and culture to create social change. Through the sale of Heart of Haiti products, artisans are able to earn life-changing income for themselves, their families, and their communities.
