Malachi Hinton is a professional athlete in the equestrian sport of show jumping. She began her career in her hometown of Newport News, VA and competes at national/international levels.

She’s had an extensive career with wins and placings among the upper levels of the sport at competitions throughout the country. She qualified/competed as one of the top five riders to represent VA, DE, DC, MD, NC, and WV at the 2016 Prix Des States Junior Jumper National Championships, placing in the top 20 individually in the nation.

She graduated from GMU and is now focused on furthering her professional equestrian career on the Grand Prix levels with her eyes set on representing the US throughout major national/international tours, competitions, and in future Olympic Games.

In 2020, she established Rhema Sporthorses LLC, a sport horse investment stable in which she offers opportunities for individuals and business professionals to have ownership/stake in her competition mounts. She aims to introduce more diverse individuals and businesses into this niche investment space. Equestrian sports are a $122 billion industry. Its global reach and audience attract sponsorships from major brands, as well as many business opportunities and incredible experiences.
