Rivka Kawano is a business owner who helps start-ups, soloprenuers, and small businesses learn how to create marketing strategies that use new media to create and build true relationships with their customers. She works from her home office in Grand Rapids, MI, and loves applying new marketing ideas to her own sand-box, children's book review and educational site Beautiful Books for Children.

Valerie René Sheppard is Founder and CEO of Source Power, a boutique leadership, business strategy, and branding consultancy in Southern California.  The Sherpa of Happiness, Valerie shares wisdom as a speaker, author, consultant and host.   She has a diverse background, including business strategy, branding and marketing, and personal development.  She is a best-selling co-author with Greg S. Reid of “Everything is Subject to Change,” a business allegory featuring her coaching insights, and with Marsh Engel of “Amazing Woman, What’s Your Story?,” a handbook for life featuring guidance gleaned from Valerie’s own story.
