Many of us on the spiritual path can get feeling frustrated and even down on ourselves because we aren’t “manifesting” what we want in our lives. We feel as though we are doing something “wrong”. We must watch the “Secret” again, or clear our chakras or something! 

Those things may be helpful and/or they may not. What’s *really* going on underneath, usually even in our unconscious minds or energy blocks we are totally unaware of is what is holding us hostage...unable to move through...into our hearts desires.
