Love In Action

What does "love in action" look like?  How do we take love from our personal circles into our community and world?  In this show we are joined by Gillian Cilbrasi, Program Director of Donna Karan's Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program, in New York City.  Lori is a UZ Integrative Therapy instructor, currently training to become a Master teacher.  

We'll discuss with Gillian how she has brought love into action with the Urban Zen Foundation.  She has traveled to Haiti doing amazing work with NPH Saint Damien Hospital sharing the UZIT integrative skills with the Haitian community after the devastating earthquake confirming the importance of caring for the caregiver.
