The Spirit of Man, Art and Literature is vol. 15 of Jung's Collected Works.  In a section entitled "The Artist" Jung explores the psychological meaning of living and creating work as an artist.   He discusses not only the personal aims of one who creates art, but also notes the relationship of the artist with others in the Collective.
