Dr. Tracy Randall is the Founder and CEO of Original Man Entertainment Group, Inc., a full scale production and management company in the areas of film and music. OMEG's mission is to serve as a clearinghouse for aspiring talent in all aspects and areas of performance entertainment. Additionally, in 2008 Randall created a sports management division for OMEG and is successfully representing athletes in Track and Field, the NFL and NBA such as Jamal Crawford (L.A. Clippers), Troy Hudson (Retired Minnesota Timberwolves), Paul Pierce (Brooklyn Nets), Chris Bosh (Miami Heat), Allison Felix (3 x World Champion and 2x Olympic sliver medalist in the 2oom Dash), Duane Bennett (Green Bay Packers), DJ Jordan (Miami Dophins) and Michael "Blindside" Ohere (Baltimore Ravens). 

The 41 year old Randall attributes his success to his ability to foster close relationships with his clients. "Success rests on the ability to get close to our clients and understand not just their needs but also their aspirations. It requires not only giving them better access to intelligence and insight but also provding platforms, products and tools that will enable faster, better and more lucrative decisions."

Not resting on his laurels as a successful businessman, Dr. Randall, a Grammy nominated songwriter and former Island/Def Jam Recording artist, has fulfilled his dream of being an artist. He has released his new album entitled, "No Judgement" in March 2016.  

Dr. Randall is a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana and holds both a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from NYU LAW, a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business/Marketing from U.C.L.A. and received his B.A. in Business Adminstration from LeMoyne-Owen College.
