Our guest on the show today is Joanna Dobson – explorer, writer and translator. Joanna currently lives in the remote Altai region of Siberia where the winters are -40 degress C.

She asks, ”Can we as human beings achieve a level of purity and consciousness that the natural world has?”. And she says, "You can live in such a way that nature would find your actions and your thoughts beautiful in the same way that we look at the landscape and think 'wow, that's sublime' ".
