Awakening our Chakras ~ Chakra #3

Our third chakra is all about our power and how we distribute our energy. This chakra not only allows us to have a sense of belonging, but also a strong confidence that we are on the right path.

Many of us close down our third chakra as a way of playing it safe, of not being noticed. When our chakra is closed down we believe that other people have all the power and we feel like we are victims in one way or another.

When we clear and open the 3rd chakra we tap into our own inner recourses inner wisdom and feel a sense of confidence and direction.
