It's a hot topic across the region, and also on the discussion list among CaribHRForum's members.

Discrimination is alive and well across the Caribbean, and some argue that it's a business imperative - a way to make more money by giving customers what they want.

Others vehemently disagree, and say that race, colour, class and religion have no place in deciding who should work for whom?

Who is right?  And where should an HR professional set a standard, draw a line and give strong advice?

Join us on CaribHR.Radio to talk this over as we set up a live discussion to talk over the issue with anyone who has a point of view they'd like to share.  We are having no special guests who are experts in the topic -- just open lines.

Take a moment from your lunch-time to listen in, and call us with your opinion on the matter.

The show will be co-hosted by Tania Tomlinson, who has agreed to join us on a part-time basis.  Welcome Tania!!!

Francis

P.S. This is our one-year anniversary show... how cool is that?
