Colorado is unique in its approach to marijuana. We are one of the only states that regulates medical marijuana businesses and one of only 17 states with a medical marijuana program. Despite this approach and Colorado's "decriminalization" of marijuana, thousands of individuals face criminal penalties for their use, cultivation, and possession of marijuana. Medical marijuana businesses face a complex regulatory scheme, often having to deal with multiple jurisdictions and governmental red tape.

Since 2010 Attorney Rachel K. Gillette has been assisting patients, caregivers, marijuana consumers, and medical marijuana businesses navigate through constantly changing and complex system of Colorado's marijuana laws.
Rachel K. Gillette is a trusted member of the National Organization to Reform Marijuana Laws (NORML)Legal Committee, and currently serves as Treasurer on Colorado NORML's Board of Directors.303-665-0860
