Mother Jones Radio 05-07-10: Can the Law Stop Domestic Violence?

Are police and lawmakers doing enough to stop domestic violence? Plus, investigative journalist Peter Byrne exposes the military's new tactics for spying on American civilians. He reveals that under Bush, the Pentagon can "use giant, secret databases of linked networks to gather a picture of the activities of millions of Americans, mapping all their associations." Angie also talks with the Constitution Project's Joseph N. Onek, who warns that Byrne's revelations may be only the tip of the iceberg.
