She offers conventional, FHA, VA, Rural Housing or other loan programs for refinancing and purchases. Jo Garner has been in the real estate/financing business for over 20 years. She grew up in West Tennessee and has been in the mortgage business in the Memphis area since 1990. She got her start in Portland, Maine where she first began her real estate career.
