Ms. Ropiak joined the Exchange shortly after launch in 2008 to manage business and product development for gold and silver mini- and full-sized products.  Ms. Ropiak has more than 20 years' experience trading and marketing precious and platinum group metals in the over-the-counter market, including 15 years at Morgan Stanley.
