 "And the fire on the Altar shall be burning in it; it shall not be put out; and the priest shall add wood to make it flare up every morning". (Lev. 6:5) That which burns is transformed into that which one does not see, but knows its still there. We call the righteous the priest, knowing what is sin (evil inclination), for they kindle the wood offering that it would burn upon the altar of sacrifice every day.
