Tonight we are revisiting Zazen. We will do three sets of meditation: A 1 minute, 3 minutes and a 5 minutes meditation. Join me as we combat the noise that gets us off track during our meditation.

This Meditation series is both an exploration and a showcase of the various ways in which we I/we can all listen or get clear as to how we each listen. I hope you will join me on the series of meditations.
I will have some of the finest meditators on at least once a month and on the other evenings we will explore different ways of meditating together. It's only 15 minutes a week. I hope you believe that you deserve that amount to release, de-stress and come into your centered self, every Friday at midnight.
