If you've ever wondered how to create massive success in your industry and break through belief barriers tune in tonight on Brown Suga Radio with special guest Urban Legend Top Fashion Designer Eduard Davis. Learn how he overcame adversity and pushed forward to achieve his hearts desires. A graduate of The University of Toledo with dual degrees: BS in Business Marketing and AA in Social Work with a minor in Psychology.

Eduard was granted a full scholarship to study Fashion Merchandising at Owens Technical College but was discouraged by one of his Uncles who advised him that he would never make any money with a degree in fashion merchandising. The Uncle advised Eduard to pursue studies in another field that would assure him a trade or job after college. This led to Eduard changing his major and later dropping out of college, enlisting in the US Army, and being shipped off to Europe for 3 years of service.

Returning home to Toledo, Eduard had a chance meeting with a club promoter that offered him a job working security with the R&B super group Levert (Gerald Levert). After quickly being able to pick up and learn the music industry Eduard was asked by Gerald Levert himself to manage and watch over some new groups that he was working with, those two groups were The Rude Boys and Men At Large two successful R&B groups that landed No. 1 hits on the Billboard and R&B charts back in the early 90’s.

Eduard and Karl Kani became close friends with Eduard being mentored by the Karl Kani and working for him as his new Director of Marketing and Sales for Karl Kani Enterprises. One Day during a long flight back to Los Angeles from Atlanta, Karl Kani told Eduard that he needed to create his own clothing brand and that he would offer all his years of knowledge and any support needed to help him become successful.
