NIEKO LISI was last seen OCTOBER 01, 2011 in Addison, New York.  He is an 18yr old male, 5'10 160lbs (muscular build) brown hair and dark brown eyes. He has tattoos of Chinese writing on the back of his arm, a large Angel on the right side ribs and a large woman on the left side ribs.
