Those with familys may act different than those witout familys, and there may be suprises out there that suprise you. Does everyone go home to the comfort of their home on Thanksgiving? Maybe their comfort of home is now the barracks? These times of the year can be extremely difficult for Service Members and Veterans alike as these dates are used in reflection of days not so long ago, in situations far from ideal.
