In this special TUESDAY Social Spitball Show, we'll hear from FIVE Progressive Arizonans who are running to make some positive gains for the citizens of Arizona.  This two hour long conversation will take place in a round table format, involving all five thoughout.

*Our first guest is native Texan who made Mojave County, Arizona his home, currently teaching middle school.  A serious candidate with a sense of humor, Mikel Weisser maintains an acclaimed humor blog "Current Comedy" and is a member of NORAZ poets and is actively involved with progressive causes, ranging from "Occupy Kingman (Occupy Together)" to advising the LGBT caucus of the Arizona Democratic Party:  http://www.mikelweisser.org/home

*Our second guest is also a very intriguing and intelligent candidate for Congress from Arizona.  An open humanist and a survivor of a terrible disease that nearly killed him and left him blind, James Woods is ready to bring new sight to Congress by drawing from his personal experiences to shed light on what really matters to Arizonans and all Americans.  As his Facebook page bio says, "James understands the American experience because he’s felt it.":  https://www.facebook.com/Woods4Congress

*Our third guest is Sharon Thomas, herself an educator, who is running to return the office of Arizona Superintendent of Instruction to policies that are sensible to supporting the children and their educators.  Sharon for Arizona has a lot of support because Ms. Thomas has plenty of great, intelligent, progressive ideas for change in Arizona's public school system:  http://www.sharonforarizona.com/

*Our final two guests, Scott & Cara Prior, deserve our big thanks for setting this up! Scott is running for AZ Senate & Cara for AZ House. You'll hear from both throughout: http://www.priorforazsenate.org/
