In 2001--at age 48 and just days before the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Tom Ingrassia chucked a successful, 25-year career in higher education (he was Assistant  Dean at a university business school at the time) to pursue his childhood dream of working in the entertainment industry.

With the formation of Ingrassia Productions & Artist Management, he had the privilege of working with some of the legendary singers we grew up listening to and idolizing in the '60s, including: Mary Wilson (The Supremes; he served as her executive assistant & creative director of her merchandising company for 5 years); Arlene Smith (The Chantels); Barbara Alston (The Crystals); June Monteiro
(The Toys); Carl Gardner (The Coasters); and actress Dee Wallace Stone. While no longer working with the divas, Tom still maintains a roster of a dozen eclectic musicians (classical, jazz & country), composers and actors.

Today, building upon the success of his dramatic career re-invention, Tom runs The MotivAct Group with his business partner--who is 22 years his junior. They offer                  holistic personal and professional development programs designed to help clients clarify and set their goals in order to live into their dreams.  The primary audience is baby boomers who want a roadmap to get from where they are to where they want to be.
