Investing in our Global Village: Many investors focus on stocks and bonds in their own country, partially due to familiarity, partially due to a perception that international markets and alternative investments are riskier. For US based investors, this is analogous to investing only in stocks with ticker symbols starting with letters from A-N. This actually increases their risk compared to investing with a broader geographic and sector reach.

Our special guest will be Robert Scharar President of FCA Corp., a fee only Financial Planning firm, and also Investment Advisor to the Commonwealth family of funds. His focus is on funds investing in Australia/New Zealand Fund (CNZLX), Global Fund (CNGLX), Japan Fund (CNJFX), and Real Estate Securities Fund (CNREX).

If you worry about the future of the developed economies, like I do, or if you have been too country centric in your investing, don't risk missing this show!
