Join Angela Lauria of The Author Incubator as she interviews Gina Catalano on the writing and publishing of her book, Tandem Leadership. 

Gina was able to easily pick a topic to write about being a consultant and an executive at the same time. She had years of experience working with business owners and entrepreneurs and knew of the difficulties they encounter when it comes to hiring their second-in-command or Number 2. 

She intended her book to be a straightforward business-type book written from her point of view but then she realized during the writing that she was really talking to her Ideal Reader who might find stories or business allegories more engaging and effective. Through these, she's able to articulate the value of a CEO or business owner's successful relationship with his or her #2.
