Join Dr. Angela Lauria of Book Journeys Radio as she interviews author Lyn Hicks on the writing and publishing of her book, The Lotus Project: The Art of Being a Woman

Lyn wrote The Lotus Project because she had valuable information and was passionate in sharing that knowledge. She had great success with it and knew it was part of her purpose in teaching. The subject matter was an outcrop of her life learning, having had the privilege of having Himalayan masters and retreats at her farm that taught her incredibly transforming practices and ideas on health, beauty, magnetism, life, and the yoga of living. It's an ongoing transformative process and she admits that she is still learning about herself and her lifestyle. She knew she just had to share this new perspective shift with others.

"I saw my book as beautiful and being everywhere. I saw myself talking in large groups of people sharing my book and was proud of the prettiness and the information within," she said.
