Join Angela Lauria of The Author Incubator as she interviews author Rachel Rose Alexandria on the publishing of her book, Woman Overboard! Six Ways Women Avoid Conflict and One Way to Live Drama-Free

Rachel didn't start work on Woman Overboard until she was sure that she HAD a topic that HAD to be written, and it had to be written by HER. Those were the criteria and, lo and behold, the perfect topic did come to her and so the book was born.

Although it took two years for the book to be realized, Rachel said she just kept paying attention and allowed her own obsession to carry her through. "My passion was stronger than my resistance."

Woman Overboard is about managing conflict which the author believes is the root of what holds women back in leadership.

In the interview, Rachel also asks the qustion, "What if being 'good' is keeping you from being truly Great?" There's more about this on Healing for Good Girls
