We get so busy taking care of others that we often don’t take good care of ourselves. It’s a choice that only we can make.  We find we don’t enjoy life as much and worse yet, lack of self-care can make you sick! Bonnie talks about the necessity of taking care of you even if you have lots of responsibility for others. It’s the only way you can really be there for those who depend on you.
