Lawrence is a small business consultant who specializes in business document development, knowledge management, process engineering, proposal and grant writing, strategic planning and a member of the BluPrint Board of Advisors.  Lawrence has over 39 years’ experience and accomplishments in Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and private industry in intelligence  analysis and collection management and operations, to include assignments at CENTRA Technology, CIA, DIA, DHS, DNI,  OSD, US Air Force, and US Army. Lawrence has earned a MPA from American University, a Master of Science in Information Systems from George Washington University and a Master of Science Strategic Studies, U.S. Air Force War College. He has several certifications including Knowledge Management from the International Knowledge Management Institute and certification in Technical Writing and Editing from George Mason University.
