Many people grow up without any ambition in their lives because they have been raised in a environment that has told them "they ain't nothing and ain't gonna be nothing".

Many people grow up acting as if they are royalty because they have been raised to believe that they are special and everybody should worship the ground they walk on. Two main entities that play a role in how society views people: beauty and status.

Let's explore these entities separately and in combination. What is considered beautiful and is it different for men and women? Have some parents gone overboard by giving their children unrealistic views of themselves?

Does race, culture and age play a role in this? How much influence does status have on this? Are certain people privileged and others condemned?
