Last night we discussed violence plaguing communities. We talked about some of the causes of violence. We had great input from Councilwoman Williams from Orange, NJ and Councilwoman Rivers from Plainfield, NJ and also a concerned parent and advocate Renata A. Hernandez. Many listeners called in from across the country voicing their concerns.

Tonight we will discuss the role of education in the inner cities and its connection to violence. We will talk about black on black crime and the revolving door prison system. Are re-entry programs effective?

America can put a man on the moon, look over your shoulder from space, but can’t fight the war on drugs & gang violence. There are some that say we are wasting our time trying to save a lost generation.
