Join Host Evangelist Wayne and Featured Guest "Kilroy Roybal"

At 13 years old, he began a journey to being “State Raised” and a very long association with the California gang subculture. His decisions lead him into a revolving door to state corrections and, inevitably, a 40-year prison experience. Roy eventually arrived at San Quentin State Prison at the ripe old age of 19 years old. In San Quentin, Roy became a member of the Mexican Mafia prison gang and became deeply entrenched in the prison gang mentality. This eventually translated into his becoming a loyal and uncompromising gang edict enforcer, leader, and "shot caller."

However, God had a plan, and forty plus years of hard living, crime, gang life, and prison life was not the plan God had for finally defining who Ernest "Kilroy" Roybal was to ultimately be, or what he was to represent.
