Tecia Torres, Shannon Knapp, Leslie Smith, & Jessica Penne

Our first guest goes by the nickname “The Tiny Tornado” and once you have seen her in the cage you understand why. Tecia Torres joins us for another round in the Barber Shop and we have so much to talk about as she heads into her Invicta FC 6 fight against Rose Namajunas. Tecia and Rose are both 2-0 as pros with Tecia having participated solely under the Invicta FC banner.

If you had to say someone is the current Godfather of MMA it would have to be Dana White, but there is only one Godmother of Women’s MMA and that would be Shannon Knapp. Shannon is back on the show and it wouldn’t feel right to do an Invicta FC show without her joining us.

Our next guest Leslie Smith has been a staple when it comes to Invicta FC fight cards. She has never been finished by a TKO/KO or Submission, and did I mention that she comes to fight with the same intensity as her Cesar Gracie Jiu-Jitsu teammates. Leslie Smith is joining us to talk her upcoming Invicta FC 6 fight against Jennifer Maia.

Our last guest joining us this week is looking to get back into the winners column and get one step closer to getting back her belt. Jessica Penne is back in the shop and we have a lot of things to talk about since the last time she was on the show. We will talk to Jessica about her last fight and what she has learned from her loss, how she has dealt with it, and the motivation that comes along with a moment like that in a career.
