Laurel Bernstein is the President of Executive Coaching, a New Jersey based consulting and training firm focused on enhancing the performance and leadership skills for small business owners. Ms. Bernstein has interacted with coaching executives for almost two decades, while working in tandem with some of the most powerful management teams among New York’s corporate elite.

Ms. Bernstein has an extensive track record as a highly effective facilitator and trainer, working with business owners to develop the key initiatives that leverage talent and help their businesses grow.  In this capacity for both retention and attraction strategies, she serves as an executive coach.  Ms. Bernstein’s portfolio includes building fundamental skill development for confidence and professionalism, as well as other relevant performance areas.  Prior to becoming an executive coach, Ms. Bernstein has served a variety of corporations in critical roles, where she directed both line and staff functions. 

Currently, Ms. Bernstein advises many companies helping their owners evaluate their business models, plan vibrant strategic initiatives and design team development.  She has an impressive track record of improving organizational effectiveness and individual achievements, which are the hallmarks of success. She had helped business owners evolve the way they lead to keep up with the needs of the changing environment and economics.

Ms. Bernstein holds a B.A. in Science Education from Montclair State University and a Certificate in Professional Coaching from Baruch CUNY Zicklin Business School iCoach New York. She is a member of the ICF and has served as the president of various community initiatives. She is currently VP of Membership for the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners in Essex County.
